A service agreement is established only when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, pricing, and scheduling of services.

   When you submit a Request a Quote form on our website, you are providing information to allow Moore Cleaners LLC to prepare a service estimate. Submission of the form does not guarantee service availability, pricing, or scheduling. All quotes are subject to a walkthrough or intake review and may be adjusted based on actual home size, condition, and scope of work requested.

2. Accuracy of Information
   We strive to ensure all information on our website — including service descriptions, pricing ranges, and business details — is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice. Pricing ranges displayed on the website are starting estimates and are not binding quotes.

   • All services are performed by the owner, Rebekah Swigart, unless otherwise communicated
   • Clients are required to provide a safe working environment free of hazards
   • Moore Cleaners LLC reserves the right to decline service for any unsafe or inappropriate conditions
   • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
   • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service rate
   • No-shows by the client at the scheduled service time may result in a full service fee charge
   • Moore Cleaners LLC carries general liability insurance and a janitorial surety bond
   • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

3. Governing Law
   These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Moore County, North Carolina.

4. Changes to Terms
   Moore Cleaners LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
